Similar build as 1.3.2, pycairo, pygobject, and boost where updated. Python 3.11 is used for the embedded python (the appimage from inkscape still uses 3.8). Funny is that the recent boost now has problems with numpy >= 2. So numpy 1.26.4 is used again. (boost-1.75.0/python-3.9 did not throw issues, well...)
